Exchanges

called.co will gladly process exchanges at no cost to the customer for items that are damaged or incorrect due to OUR ERROR, provided the request is submitted within 20 days of delivery.

Other Exchange Requests

  • Exchanges may be accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and free of damage.

  • Items showing signs of excessive wear will not be eligible.

  • A standard restocking fee will apply, which includes the cost of shipping.

  • Exchange approval is subject to item availability.
